At White Brand BD, we aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition & packaging.

  • Tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported with an unboxing video.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (due to customer mishandling)

  • Products purchased on sale/discount unless they arrive defective

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

Return Process

  2. Provide your order ID, issue details, and photos/video (if applicable).

  3. We will verify and guide you through the return steps.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue:

    • A store credit (if preferred)

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
