Exchange & Complain Policy – White Brand BD

At White Brand BD, we care deeply about customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer a flexible exchange process and are here to respond to any complaints sincerely.


Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is available only for size issues, wrong items, or damaged/defective products.

Process:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp (01342-801835) or email: whitebrand.lifestyle@gmail.com.

  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product issue.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll be instructed to return the product.

  4. Exchange will be processed after we receive and verify the returned item.

🔁 Exchange Delivery Cost:

  • If the fault is ours (wrong/damaged item), we bear the full cost.

  • If the exchange is requested due to size or personal reason, delivery charges apply.
